Our conference and adventure facility is located approximately 12 kilometres west of Huntly - 70 minutes from Auckland and 40 minutes from Hamilton: an easy commute for a day conference or other special event.
The new cedar clad conference centre sits snugly into the hillside on a ridge displaying lush Waikato pastureland, extensive views to the east and west of Lake Waahi and is surrounded by native bush alive with birdsong. All this is viewable from the main conference room, with its double glazed stacker sliding doors adorning three sides, which give great indoor outdoor flow to the expansive decks, gardens and a 12 metre heated pool*.

On Site Activities
Allan will tutor you in these activities with a lively wit and a focus on safety and fun.
Licensed
The facility has a full liquor licence and is licensed to serve food. Menus are discussed beforehand and a range of catering options are available to suit your event needs.
Accommodation
There are only a limited number of rooms available on site, but there is plenty of good accommodation within a ten minute drive that we would be happy to organise for you.
Sustainability and Environment
The site has been developed using principles of sustainability. A self-sufficient water system utilising rain fall, an ozone/filtration system for potable supply (drinkable water), and the conference room has been designed to gain benefits from passive solar warmth. All waste water is treated onsite and used to grow native plants, specifically trees which attract native birds. Tui, Bellbird, Shining Cuckoo, Morepork and other native birds surrounding the site are protected by an on-going vermin eradication program.
Surroundings
From seating on the expansive decks you can drink in the rural ambience and watch the clay target shooting, mini putt and pool activities. In the gardens you can play petanque, horseshoes or just listen to the birds.
We live in a beautiful place, with the conference centre attached to our home.
So if you want to know more, you'll just have to come and visit us!
