We have a beautiful garden suitable for weddings, and the reception area provides a light, open gathering space for your special day. If you are interested in having a wedding and/or your reception at The Metcalfes we suggest you start the process by meeting us here to discuss your plans and understand what we offer. We would also appreciate the chance to get to know you at an early stage and, if you decide to proceed, help plan your special day to be one to remember.
We can cater the wedding for you or recommend caterers who are happy to work at our venue. We are licensed to sell alcohol and require that wedding groups use our bar facilities.
Our packages are based around how many people can be seated comfortably using our range of spaces.
1. Kowhai Package - up to 82 people
The Kowhai package is ideal for the smaller, more intimate wedding. Please enquire about pricing.
2. Pohutukawa Package - 83 to 121 people
The Pohutukawa package is our most popular selection using our lovely atrium, as well as the reception room. Please enquire about pricing.
3. Totara Package - 122 to 160 people
The Totara package is great for those who want a large wedding in beautiful surroundings. A marquee is an optional extra.Please enquire about pricing.
